Wedding Coordination Requirements
To ensure your vision comes to life, Agave requires couples to hire a Wedding Coordinator (also known as a month-of or day-of coordinator) or choose a package that includes coordination. Please note, we require all coordination teams to carry general liability insurance.
Your coordinator will:
- Manage timelines and schedules
- Create professional detailed floor plan schematic
- On-site, day-of coordination through closing of the venue
- Vendor coordination (finalize vendor timelines and vendor arrivals)
- Oversee setup and décor, place cards, table numbers, menus, welcome tables
- Troubleshoot last-minute challenges
- Serve as the main contact for vendors—so you, your family, and your guests can relax and enjoy the celebration
